The purpose of this article is to expose the government's effort to improve education systems in the United States of America. Even the teachers are given incentives to help in areas with low incomes, to teach better, test scores scores. People were focused on the negative aspect of the government reforms to better the schoolSystems in the United States. The government has been heavily criticized for the practice of bias in the school systems to African-Americans and Hispanics. History has shown that the government is trying very hard to help the school systems through the implementation of reforms and alternative funds, better, better, the school system in all subjects. This research is to bring the positive impact of the reforms, the better students, by each of them learn to equality, regardless of theirBackground or their socio-economic status.
